The mark consists of the wording "TOAD & FRIENDS" in stylized font, with each term on its own line. The space inside the letter "O" contains a smiling toad wearing a bow tie. Behind the wording are vertical lines resembling the bark of a tree. On either side of the wording "TOAD" are what appear to be water drops. On either side of the "&" are a set of leaves facing outward, a water drop, and a small circle. On either side of the wording "FRIENDS" are lines in the shape of leaves and stems. The aforesaid elements of the mark are outlined by a line conforming to the contours of the letters of "TOAD" and "FRIENDS".
