VANDESTREEK PLAYGROUND

Mark description

The mark consists of the word VANDESTREEK in black capital letters. These letters are within a white shape with six sides. Some of the sides are slightly curved. The letters vary in size as such: the size of the letters increase relatively at the beginning of the word, VANDESTREEK, reaching their peak at the mid-point, letter, "S" before decreasing relatively, such that the final letter, "K", is the same size as the original, "V". Beneath the white six-sided shape is a red curved flag shape. On the left-most periphery of the flag shape, is a white straight line. This white line is longer, vertically, than the red flag shape, and resembles a flag pole. At the top of the pole, is a circular golden shape, resembling a flag pole finial. Within the red flag shape, is the word, "PlayGround", in white letters. The letters descend in size. Both the flag shape, and the white six-sided shape are surrounded by a black background to show contrast. The black background is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
