The mark consists of a light blue crest outlined twice in medium blue with the intricate stylized gold letters "BB" appearing in an interlocked fashion at the center of the crest. A garland of green, yellow, teal, and orange leaves appears across the top of the crest and matching garlands of green leaves and pink flowers descend down either side and around the bottom of the crest.
