Mark description

The mark consists of a rectangular design for packaging of the goods. The mark consists of a yellow border stripe along the long edges of the rectangular design separated by a red inner segment. The words "FORRITOS CHILITO" in yellow letters with a black outline are superimposed on the red inner segment with the word "CHILITO" below the word "FORRITOS". Below the word "CHILITO" are images of various fruits superimposed on the red inner segment: a partially unpeeled yellow mango topped with red crystals; a wedge of red watermelon with black seeds and green and white rind topped with red crystals; a green apple having a green stem and leaf in front of the mango and watermelon, the upper portion of the apple with a red coating with red crystals; and an orange slice in orange and white with some red crystals to the right of the apple. To the left of the apple is the composite design of the words "ZUMBA PICA", with the word "ZUMBA" in orange, above the word "PICA" in red, located above a green vortex, each with a black and white background superimposed on the inner red segment. The words "FORRITOS CHILITO", fruit images and the words "ZUMBA PICA" and vortex appearing on the front and back of the packaging.
