Mark description

The mark consists of A circular plaque with a wavy edge and a small white circle under each wave crest. Inside the wavy edge is a pair of thin white concentric lines with an even thinner black concentric line between them. Inside the inner of the two white concentric lines is a thick black concentric line. Inside the thick black concentric line is another thin white concentric line and within it, an even thinner black concentric line. Within the inmost black concentric line stands the aggressive figure of a powerful, wild hound leaning forward on all four legs but looking over his shoulder. The hound is astride the top edge of a stylized, ribbon-like banner that extends across the entire plaque and slightly beyond it, and contains the bold, all caps legend "HOUND OF HEAVEN," the letters reversed in negative space against black.
