Mark description

The mark consists of an inner image of a stylized cartoon depicting an animal known as a red panda appearing in white, black, orange, brown, and dark brown. The panda's face is orange in color with two ears on top of its head. Each ear has an inner ear color of dark brown and an outer ear color which is white with a black thick outline. Two shaded-in black circles represent the eyes. The nose is represented by a black shaded-in horizontal oval. The mouth is depicted as a black line slightly curving upward to create a smile. The red panda's eyebrows are formed by white shaded-in circles, slightly smaller in size than the black eyes, and set slightly closer together and above the eyes. The cheeks are represented by white tear-drop shapes starting at the lower outside corner of each eye and ending equal to the bottom of the muzzle. The muzzle is formed by a white oval and contains in the upper half the mouth and nose. The red panda's body is in the shape of a vertical oval with the top half being orange and the bottom half being brown. The top two extremities are dark brown gum-drop shaped arms rotated ninety degrees and are holding a black outlined light brown beverage cup, with a white area representing the cup's lid with a yellow line that forms the straw in the center. The cup has the wording "TEAPIOCA LOUNGE", printed on it in light brown font inside a brown circle that has two ribbons of light brown on either side of the word "TEAPIOCA", and within it, an image of a stylized coffee cup sitting on a stylized saucer with wavy brown lines imitating steam rising from the center of the cup in brown. The beverage cup contains nine black circular tapioca balls in the bottom. The red panda's lower extremities are also dark brown and are half ovals sticking out below the red panda's belly. The red panda's tail is thick and ringed in alternating orange and dark brown rings, ending in a dark brown ring. The inner image of the red panda is encircled by a brown band, the band is intersected on the left side near the middle with a shape that resembles a green leaf that ends slightly outside the brown band. Above this leaf shape is the word "TEAPIOCA" in uppercase orange font. The word is followed by the other green leaf shape which bisects approximately in the middle of the right side of the band, which when combined creates the top portion of the circle. The bottom portion of the circle is bordered by the aforementioned green leaf shapes with the word "LOUNGE" in uppercase green font on the brown band. The entire mark is portrayed on a translucent background.
