Mark description

The mark consists of a brown bear with a blue shirt. The blue shirt has palm trees, which consist of green palms and brown tree trunks. The bear has brown and white eyes, a brown nose and mouth and a pink tongue. The bear is standing on yellow sand with three brown rocks. The bear is holding a white cup outlined in brown in his left hand with a shaved ice containing the colors blue, green, yellow, orange, and red, and outlined in brown. The bear is waving with his right hand. There are two palm trees, one on the left of the bear and one on the right of the bear. The palm trees contain green palm leaves outlined in brown and brown and tan trunks. The trees are arched inward. Below the base of each tree are blue splashes of water. Located at the bottom of the mark, between the blue splashes of water and below the bear and palm trees, are the words "SHAVED ICE" outlined in brown and filled with white. A blue splash of water is visible between the words "SHAVED" and "ICE". Behind the bear and between the palm trees is a highly stylized sunset that appears in the color teal at the top and fades into green and further fades into yellow at the bottom, with white triangular shapes on the sides next to the palm trees.
