The clock has an arm and leg on each side, the arms having blue shirt sleeves with dark blue shading, and tan and beige colored skin, with the right hand holding a brown money bag with dark brown shading with a black dollar sign, and the right hand holding up a stack of green cash with gray band, each leg being covered by a white sock with red, white, and blue horizontal stripe and red and white shoes with gray shading. On the right side of the clock's head is a red and white striped hat with the wording "HALFTIME" in white on the red lowest portion of the hat. All of the aforementioned is outlined in black, and white background is not a claimed feature of the mark.
