Mark description

The mark consists of a label attached to packaging for the goods having a red background and the stylized word "FORRITOS" in yellow and outlined in black and white with the stylized words "RIM DIP" in yellow and outlined in black and white below the word "FORRITOS". The mark also comprises the composite design of the stylized words "ZUMBA PICA", with the word "ZUMBA" in orange, and word "PICA" in red below the word "ZUMBA", located above a green vortex, all with a black and white outline. Beneath the word "RIM DIP" and to the right of the words "ZUMBA PICA" and vortex, is an upper portion of a glass of orange beer with a white foam head; the rim of the glass coated with brown granular seasonings and a green lime slice is attached to the rim; and a yellow straw with a portion coated with brown seasonings extends from the foam head and above the glass rim adjacent the lime slice; all of which is outlined in white.
