Mark description

The mark consists of the stylized wording "HAPPY HOUR BY MARISA" displayed over a multi rectangle background with a dumbbell design over top of the wording. The blue dumbbell with light blue detail at the top of the mark is outlined partially in white, appears within a green shaded inner circle which is bordered by a white and purple concentric circle, which is bordered by another green outer concentric circle. Below the dumbbell design appears a purple shaded rectangle with curved sides stacked over a green partial rectangle with curved sides which is stacked over a blue partial rectangle with curved sides. The wording "HAPPY HOUR" stacked above "BY MARISA" appears in white lettering. The "HAPPY HOUR" letters each appear in nine concentric circles in which the middle shaded circle around the letters are pink, and the outer circles are pink. The middle concentric circles of the "APP" of "HAPPY" letters appear in purple, and the middle concentric circles of the "HOUR" letters appear in purple. The middle concentric circle of the "H" letter in "HAPPY" appears in white to the left and purple to the right, and middle concentric circle of the "Y" letter of "HAPPY" appears in green to the right and purple to the left.
