Mark description

The mark consists of a round, black shield with a thin, yellow circle inset slightly from the edge of the shield; a round, yellow seal with a sawtooth, scalloped edge centered on the shield defining an annular, black field between the yellow seal and the thin, yellow circle on the shield; a thin, black circle inset slightly from the edge of the seal separating the scalloped edge from the body of the seal; the words "DESI DISTRICT" in white, all caps, sans serif font curved convexly in the upper half of the annular, black field; the words "MARKET & EATERY" in white, all caps, sans serif font of a lesser weight curved concavely in the lower half of the annular, black field; two yellow, bullet dots positioned in the annular, black field on lateral sides to divide the upper and lower halves, one dot located between the "D" in DESI and the "M" in MARKET and the other dot located between the "T" in DISTRICT and the "Y" in EATERY; a faceless sardar character centered on the yellow seal and formed by a black pagri (turban), sunglasses with a white frame, a blue left lens, and a green right lens, and a black, imperial mustache; a plurality of rays formed as thin, white lines of varying lengths emanating radially from the sardar character above the level of the mustache, but not below; and twelve white stars arranged in a circular form equidistant from each other and positioned on the yellow seal between the thin, black circle as an outer boundary and the rays and the mustache as an inner boundary.
