The aforementioned appears outlined in black. The circles are black. The outermost circle has a jagged edge resembling a seal. The middle circle is complete. The center circle is incomplete. The circle is broken at the bottom by a black banner featuring the white wording "ESTD 2014" and on the right where the hand crosses over the circle. Between the middle and center circle are the black words "RED NOSE FACTORY" written above the design and "HELPING CLOWNS HELP THE WORLD" below. Between the wording on the left are four black diamonds and on the right there are three. The remaining white merely serves as background and is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
