SUPER E CADDY

Mark description

The mark consists of the following: a stylized six-sided polygon design frame in black and brown and outlined in black. Inside the stylized polygon frame design appears the letter "E" written in brown and black stylized font and encircled by a brown stylized circle design. Around the brown circle design appear four segments of a black stylized compass design. The remainder of the inside of the polygon frame design appears in white. Above the polygon frame design appears the word "SUPER" written in black stylized font. Below the polygon frame design appears the word "CADDY" written in black stylized font appearing above a black and brown stylized line design that begins under the letter "C" and ends in the second "D" in the word "CADDY". Behind the polygon frame design appear two black and brown stylized golf club designs where the grips appear at to come out of the top of the frame design to either side of the word "SUPER" and the heads of the clubs come out of the bottom of the polygon frame design on either side of the word "CADDY". Other than as previously described, the color white represents background and is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
