Mark description

The mark consists of blue and white mark consisting of an oval outline with the elongated part of the oval extending from side to side; with the bottom portion of the oval outline generally filled in with the solid color blue; with the top of the solid filled in area bordered by peaks and valleys to depict water waves; with the image of a blue and white shark-shaped marine animal located generally in the center of the oval in a generally vertical direction; with the head of the marine animal directed upward and the tail of the marine animal directed downward; with the marine animal curved; with the head and tail of the marine animal to the left of the torso; with the tail portion of the marine animal overlaying the solid color blue at the bottom portion of the oval with characters "AQUA" in blue placed horizontally above the solid color blue and to the left of the marine animal; with the blue letters "FYSH" horizontally located above the solid color blue and to the right of the marine animal.
