Mark description

The mark consists of the stylized wording "CARIÑO" with the lower end of the letter "C" elongated and underlining the remaining letters "-ARINO". The letter "C" appears in red, the letter "A" is yellow, the letter "R" is green, the letter "I" is blue, the letter "Ñ" is white, and the letter "O" appears as a red heart. All the foregoing appears first with a thin white outline followed by a thicker black outline. The counter space of the letters "A" and "R" appear as black hearts. Intersecting the top of the letter "C" is the stylized word "GRUPO" in yellow with black outline. Within the elongated portion of the letter "C" is the stylized wording "EL GRANDE DE MATAMOROS" in white with black outlining. Further extending from the letter "C" and appearing below all other elements is a black band with white and black outlining, encompassing the stylized wording "de Tomás Cruz" in white with red shadowing. All other instances of the color white in the mark represents background, outlining, shading and/or transparent areas and is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
