Mark description

The mark consists of the following: a woman's head surrounded by sunflowers is contained within a black circle with the wording "UNEEK TOUCHHAIR GROWTH OIL". The woman's skin is peach and her eye lashes, eyebrows, and hair are brown. The woman has both of her eyes closed, has pink shaded lips, and is wearing gold hoop earrings. The woman has two yellow sunflowers with orange center displayed in the top and left portions of her hair, and a third brown flower is partially obscured within her hair to the right. There are seven partial sunflowers with yellow petals and brown centers which are displayed all around the woman's head. There is a part of a green shaded plant at the top of the seven sunflowers. A string of white lights also appears at the top of the seven sunflowers. The wording "UNEEK TOUCH" appears in black over the top of the highest three of the seven sunflowers, and the black wording "HAIR GROWTH" appears under the woman's neck which is stacked on top of the black wording "OIL" appearing over a brown shaded rectangle in between the lowest three sunflowers. The color white that appears outside of the black circle border is transparent area and is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
