LITTLE DUDE SKELETONS

Mark description

The mark consists of the stylized wording "LITTLE DUDE" in a gradient colored font including cream, gold, purple, black, and white, and framed in an outline of black and white, the stylized wording "SKELETONS" disposed below the wording "LITTLE DUDE" and having a purple and black gradient font outlined in white and black, the "S" of "SKELETONS" wrapping around the first "L" of "LITTLE DUDE", and the "O" of "SKELETONS" wrapping around the first "D" of "DUDE." Above the wording "LITTLE DUDE" a skeleton in the colors white, cream, and gold, the left hand of the skeleton wrapping around the top of the first "D" of "DUDE" and the right hand of the skeleton grasping a black and white top hat with a purple band sitting on the skull. The top hat covers a right eye socket of the skull, and the skull has cream teeth with a cream and gold pipe protruding from the teeth. The skeleton is outlined with in black with an additional peripheral line having a gradient of black, purple, and cream. All other instances of the color black appearing represent background and/or transparent areas and are not claimed as a feature of the mark.
