Mark description

The mark consists of a rectangular shape with the long side of the rectangle running horizontally; with an outer border consisting of a series of connected ornate arc shapes, the inner portion of which have a crisscross pattern; with a series of crown-like shapes comprising the next layer of the border; and a series of interspersed layers of straight lines and arc shapes comprising the inner border of the rectangle; each corner of said border having a shape reminiscent of a fleur de lis and within that shape an ornate shape reminiscent of flower pedals ; the right and left sides of the design having semicircular shapes that appear as emanating from behind the rectangular border, each comprised of a series of connecting conical shapes having a crisscross pattern and three, and in some instances four, horizontal lines and an outer border consisting of layers of arcs, and an ornate band within the middle of each semicircle that has varying styles of borders and snowflake like shapes in the middle of the bands; and two circular designs centered on the left and right borders of the primary rectangular shape, each with an ornate border comprised of connected alternating stylized arcs and points containing a crisscross design element with an ornate inner circle portion, and within that a stylized "DTT" with each "T" being part of the left vertical side of the "D" and one "T" on top of the other, with the "DTT" within a border that has each corner cut away in a concave pattern; and the center of the large rectangular shape having an ornate oval frame within which are personas working in a field with a hut, trees, mountains, sky and clouds in the background; and on each side of the oval frame a human figure reminiscent of a mythological female character on the left and a mythological male character on the right, each surrounded by various books, scrolls, vases and leaves, each character being seated, with the male character wearing a hat with wings and carrying a type of scepter; and the inner background of the rectangle being comprised of thin horizontal lines; and the inner portion of the rectangle containing above the oval frame the words "ESTE SELLO DE GARANTIA ASEGURA AL COMPRADOR QUE LOS CIGARROS HECHOS A MANO CONTENIDOS DENTRO SON DE LA ABSOLUTA MEJOR CALIDAD"; and the words "DUNBARTON TOBACCO & TRUST" within an ornate border centered within the inner bottom border of the primary rectangle, with a fleur de lis type design at the left and right side of the border; and with the words "STEVEN T. SAKA" written in cursive above the "DUNBARTON TOBACCO & TRUST" upper border and the numerals "1965" above the upper left portion of that border.
