Mark description

The mark consists of a four-sided design having horizontal bands appearing as the upper and lower ends of the overall design. The two horizontal bands appear in green with interior edges, which face the center of the design, having a jagged appearance with the green areas being outlined first in white, then in red, then in black and finally in white. The red outlining comprises black seeds so that the upper and lower horizontal bands have a general watermelon appearance. The gray space in the middle of the design and between the watermelon design bands represent background, outlining, shading, and/or transparent area and is not part of the mark. In the center of the transparent space appears a design comprising the stylized words "Zumba Rica", with the word "Zumba" in red with outlining in white and black. Below "Zumba" appears the stylized word "Rica" in purple with outlining in white and black, except the letter "i" which appears in the form of a red lollipop on a white stick and all having outlining in white and black. The words "Zumba Rica" are superimposed over a yellow triangle with outlining in black and white. Directly above "Zumba Rica" and the triangle but below the upper watermelon design band appears the stylized wording "Zumba Pica" with "Zumba" in orange, "Pica" in red and appearing above a vortex in green, altogether with black and white outlining. Directly below "Zumba Rica" and the triangle but above the lower watermelon design band is the stylized wording "SANDIA" in red and flanked by watermelon wedges having a green and white rind, red flesh, and black seeds, with one wedge located at the beginning, and one located at the end of the stylized word "SANDIA"; all outlined in black.
