Mark description

The mark consists of a design for the goods having a jagged border background along opposing vertical edges formed of an outer green border, a white border stripe, a red border stripe, a black border stripe and an innermost white border stripe, the opposing edge designs separated from each other by a central gray segment. The central gray segment represents a transparent area and is not claimed as a feature of the mark. The two red border stripes having repetitive black watermelon seeds within each stripe.
