PUBLICATION AND ISSUE SECTION

Mark description

The mark consists of a cartoonish representation of a red and black colored demonic looking character with black, red, and white colored eyes and with gray colored wings highlighted with a darker gray color. The character is wearing black colored footwear and in its right hand holding a black colored trident laying over the character's right shoulder. The torso and rear end of the character contain black stripes, and at the end of the rear-end is a pointed feature suggesting the appearance of the stinger feature of a honeybee. In its left hand the character is holding a black colored honeypot with a gold colored stripe bearing the word, HONEY, and around the top of the honeypot are gold colored representations of honey dripping from the honeypot. Extending from and above the honey pot is a representation of a black dispensing tool. Hovering above and to the right of the honeypot are graphical representations of two black and gold striped honeybees with gray colored wings. The devil character is superimposed over a red circle. The color white, except as explicitly noted above, represents transparent area and is not a feature of the mark.
