The mark consists of the trade dress shown on the front panel of the product packaging, namely: (1) a white background; (2) a green banner centered laterally at the top of the panel, the green banner having a lateral width of about thirty-three percent of the total width of the panel, the banner having parallel vertical sides and a bottom that slopes mildly upward from left to right, the vertical right side having a height of about eighty percent of the height of the vertical left side, the hyphenated word "ALL-NATURAL" appearing in white letters within the green banner and sloping mildly upward from left to right, and with white dashed lines running along the vertical sides edges and sloped bottom edge of the green banner; (3) the wording "CRUNCH DRIED" in green letters centered below the green banner, with a stylized green leaf situated immediately to the left, and a stylized green leaf situated immediately to the right, of the wording "CRUNCH DRIED"; (4) the words "CHERRY BERRY" in larger purple letters centered laterally across the upper third of the panel and against the white background below the words "CRUNCH DRIED", and sloping mildly upward from left to right; (5) the wording "LIGHT & CRUNCHY BITES" appearing in green letters on the white background centered below the words "CHERRY BERRY" and sloping mildly upward from left to right; (6) the words "DRIED APPLE, CHERRY, BLUEBERRY, STRAWBERRY" in smaller green letters on the white background, centered below the words "LIGHT & CRUNCHY BITES," and sloping mildly upward from left to right; and (7) a collection of images of fruit on the white background and occupying the bottom half of the panel, the collection of fruit being mildly offset to the right side of the panel and comprising: a red and yellow-red apple in the foreground with a green stem; three red strawberries in the middle ground with green leaf stems and with golden-brown seeds, one of the strawberries cut in half to reveal a white and pink interior; a green leaf between the apple and the strawberries; three red cherries in the middle ground, two of the cherries having green stems; a green leaf between the apple and the cherries; blue blueberries in the background, some of the blueberries partially hidden behind the strawberries and the cherries.
