Mark description

The mark consists of a stylized wine bottle with superimposed images of a fork positioned diagonally from the midpoint of the left side of the wine bottle, a knife positioned diagonally from the midpoint of the right side of the wine bottle, and a stylized, etched wine glass positioned at the center of the base of the wine bottle. The wine glass is etched with a decorative vine design. The stylized wine bottle, fork, knife, and wine glass elements are not outlined, and are superimposed in such a way that the combination of the same appears to be a single unit. The combined wine bottle, fork, knife, and wine glass image is centered within a circle shaped, green background that is outlined with a purple border, with the top of the wine bottle, fork, and knife, each protruding outside of the purple border. A purple, stylized scroll design, is centered at the base of the outlined, circle shaped background. The wine bottle, fork, knife, circle shaped border, and scroll design, as well as the wording "DE", "INE", "WINE", and "JELLY" are purple in color. The outline of the wine glass and its etched design are green in color. A purple capital letter "D", together with a purple lower case "E", appear on the immediate left side of the wine bottle neck with a white, capital letter "V" superimposed on the wine bottle neck. The lower case wording "INE" is purple in color and located on the immediate right side of the wine bottle neck. The word "WINE", having only the letter "W" capitalized, appears in purple and is located at the lower, left side of the wine bottle just above the purple border. The word "JELLY", having only the letter "J" capitalized, appears in purple and is located at the lower, right side of the wine bottle, just above the purple border.
