Mark description

The mark consists of a black and white stylized open book design appearing at the bottom of the mark with a stylized brown arm design outlined in black with a red white and blue stylized wristband design outlined in black appearing on the wrist of the arm, and the pointer finger of the arm design pointing up appearing above the book design. To the right of the thumb of the arm design is a stylized black line making it appear as if the arm design is moving. Above the pointer finger appears two stylized blue semi-circle designs above and below each other with a blue and white stylized basket ball design appearing between the semi-circles. The bottom semi-circle design is incomplete because the pointer finger design appears over a portion of the semi-circle Appearing above the basketball design and below the top semi-circle appears the word "FOCUS" written in red stylized font. Below the basketball design and above the bottom semi-circle design appears the word "SCHOLARS" written in red stylized font. To the left and right of the basketball design appear stylized curved black lines making it appear as if the basketball was spinning; four on the left and four on the right all of differing lengths. Other than as previously described the color white represents background and is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
