Mark description

The mark consists of two silhouettes of partial profiled heads. The outer profile is the outline of a man's head appearing in gold shades and facing upwardly to the right. The inner profile, which is formed by the negative space from the man's profile, is a silhouette of a women's head facing upwardly to the right and contains eyelashes. Inside the top left of the head profiles, and to the left of the wavy line, there is a pattern of ten lines of repeating circles in gold shades and in varying sizes, wherein the circles at the top of the head appear larger and connect with the outline of the man's golden profile and wavy line. Closer to the right side of the profile there is a wavy line in gold shades that forms from the top of the man's golden profile outline and continues downward inside the profile's negative space and ends before reaching the outline of the neck. Below the profiled head designs is the stylized wording "BROW SCALP" in white, wherein the two words are partially separated by the neck portion of the outlined profile. Below "BROW SCALP" is the wording "SOLUTIONS" appearing in smaller stylized lettering and in gold shades. Black is not a color feature of the mark, black, represents the background, outlining, shading, and/or transparent areas and is not part of the mark.
