Mark description

The mark consists of a white circle outlined in blue with the words "PROTECT TO PRESERVE" appearing in the top arch of the circle in red; a piece of white coral outlined in red and turquoise and white turtle appearing at the bottom arch of the circle over a wave design in blue in white; the inside of the circle is divided into three segments with a white line and ten point white star outlined in red in the middle; one segment has a picture of blue body of water appearing beneath green trees, dark blue and blue grey mountains and light blue sky; second segment has a picture of blue body of water with green trees and dark blue and blue grey mountains; third segment at bottom of circle has blue body of water and light blue sky and appears behind the coral and turtle.
