Mark description

The mark consists of a yellow lemon wearing headphones having an aqua-and-grey connecting band and the left earpiece being beige-and-grey with a black music note in the middle of a red circle with a black outline and the right earpiece being beige-and-grey with a black game controller in a red circle outlined in black, and the face of the lemon consists of two white oval eyeballs outlined with black and each containing a blue lid, black iris, white pupil, and red stress lines with blue tears shooting therefrom, thereunder is a black stretched X in the middle of the lemon forming the mouth with black crescent-shapes over and under the four "legs" of the "X", and centered under the lemon in a bow tie shape is the word "SOURILEMON" in yellow bold uppercase letters with yellow lemon slices in place of the two "O"s, all on a black outlined background also outlined in yellow giving the appearance of light emanating from behind. All of the foregoing are presented against a black rectangular background in the drawing, which is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
