Mark description

The mark consists of a blue face of a building with a cutout for a white doorway. Three blue stars are to the right, from which a red swoosh moves down and then back up to the right, accompanied by a blue swoosh halfway down that ends in an arrow point. Behind this, and to the right of the building face, are four thick red lines moving at a slight downward angle to meet with the ground. The ground beneath the building face is a blue line, and beneath the building is a red line. Below the design appears "THE AMERICA," with "THE" written vertically in blue on the left, and AMERICA in red on the right, excepting a blue star as the dot of the "I." Below this is a blue rectangle, within which the wording "FIRST WAREHOUSE" appears in white. All other white indicates transparent background matter and is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
