Mark description

The mark consists of a black circumplex image that is divided into eight slices and three tiers. Beginning at the top of the circumplex, the eight slices of the circumplex are labeled (moving clockwise) "Talent Pipeline", "Professional Development", "Company Alignment", "Business Effectiveness", "Collaboration", "External Focus", "Belonging" and "Systems".
