Mark description

The mark consists of a capital letter "C" tilted to the left at 45 degrees, from the bottom of which emanates a thin upward curving line, which line follows the outside curvature of the "C" up to just above the horizontal midpoint of the "C". Above but unconnected to that thin line is a mortarboard capping the "C" at the same 45 degree angle and sized as if the "C" were a human head. Inscribed within the capital "C" is a smaller capital "C" and further inscribed therein is a large dot. Protruding upward at a 45 degree angle to the right from the dot, is an arrow as if the arrow struck the dot as the bullseye center of a typical archery target, so that perceived together, the thin line, the larger capital "C", the smaller capital "C", the bullseye dot and the arrow portray just such a typical archery target. The word "SMART" in lowercase letters appears immediately to the right of the target to form the single word "CCSMART", with the "S" thereof appearing under and distinct from the feathers of the arrow.
