Mark description

The mark consists of two concentric circles, with the outermost circle starting with a thin black outline then a white outline such that the outer circle appears as a thick ring around an inner circle. This ring has a black color start at the top that changes to a grey to dark blue into a light blue in the bottom. The words "MAD FACTORY" appear upside down and curved along the top portion of the ring, and appear the right-side up and curved along the bottom portion of the ring. Both "MAD FACTORY" wordings appear in black with white outlines. The letters "MFT" appear in white on the inside of the ring on both the left and right side. In the inner circle a mask made out by circuit like layout design appears in light blue starting at the bottom to a dark blue then to a grey then black at the top with white outlines. On the mask are light blue eyes with a glowing effect of white in the center and a black outline around the eyes. Black gears appear on each side of the jaw region of the mask with a white outline. Behind the mask is the inner circle which starts black at the bottom and changes to a grey to dark blue to a light blue finish at the top with a black then white then black outline. All of the foregoing is on white background, which is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
