FLORIDITY BLOOM FLOWERS & MORE

Mark description

The mark consists of a circular border in black with the stylized wordings "FLORIDITY BLOOM" in black arched at the top and the stylized wordings "FLOWERS & MORE" in black arched at the bottom, with the letter "O" in the wording "MORE" formed by a chocolate-covered strawberry outlined in black, comprised of green leaves at the top, followed below by a red strawberry with black seeds, and dipped in brown chocolate with lines of white chocolate across the brown chocolate.  Within the center of the circular border is a design of seven peonies in a bucket, all of which is outlined in black.  The peonies are in pink, red and orange with green stems and leaves, all outlined in black.  The bucket is silver, with black lining and white highlighting, and it has a wooden handle in brown and beige, outlined and highlighted in black.  The other white is not claimed as a feature of the mark and represents background and transparent areas.
