Mark description

The mark consists of a black geometrical enclosure comprising two straight vertical lines parallel to each other and interconnected by two horizontally-oriented wavy lines consisting of more than one curve. Said black geometrical enclosure comprising a yellow border line identifying a perimeter of the enclosure and a plurality of yellow horizontally-oriented wavy lines consisting of more than one curve overlaying the black background within the enclosure. A stylized word "MELANIE" in capital letters depicted in white, grey, and yellow colors is positioned within said black geometrical enclosure and overlaying the plurality of horizontally-oriented wavy lines consisting of more than one curve. Wherein white, grey, and yellow colors of the word MELANIE create an effect of three-dimensional letters. The mark further comprises two yellow concentric circles positioned at the bottom of the black enclosure overlaying the bottom horizontally-oriented wavy line consisting of more than one curve. Said two yellow concentric circles are depicted to be symmetrically flanked from the right side and from the left side by two yellow lions positioned in the upright position while "holding" the said yellow concentric circles with their front paws. An area between the two yellow concentric circles is depicted in a darker shade of yellow and brown colors to create a three-dimensional effect, said area comprising a wording "EXTRA MAGNIFICENT" in black capital letters. Within the inner yellow concentric circle, on red background, depicted is the capital letter "M" in white, grey and yellow colors, wherein said colors create an effect of a three-dimensional letter. The area between the capital letter "M" and the inner yellow concentric circle is presented in the darker shade of the red color to create a three-dimensional effect for the red background. Directly above the capital letter "M" and within boundaries of the inner yellow concentric circle depicted is a small crown in yellow color.
