Mark description

The mark consists of a stylized characterization of a male in white outlined in blue, and with features outlined in blue. The male has blue hair, pupils, freckles and mouth interior. The tongue is red. The male is eating white popcorn outlined in blue. In one hand, the male holds white popcorn outlined in blue and in the other hand a white bag of popcorn outlined in blue with four vertical red stripes and with white popcorn outlined in blue at the top. The entire male design has a red outline around it. Surrounding the male is a series of alternating red and white vertical stripes, with red stripes at the edges. Overlaying the vertical stripes above the male is the blue word "AWESOME" outlined in white and then red. Overlaying the vertical stripes below the male is the blue word "POPCORN" outlined in white and then red. The remainder of the white in the mark is background area which is not a part of the mark. The broken lines serve only to show the positioning of the mark on a bag. No claim is made to the shape of the bag.
