MERENGUE

Mark description

The mark consists of a circular design containing two ribbons; one running on the inner upper part, and a second one running on the inner lower part, this last one having folded tips that extend slightly out of the regular circumference of the design. Dividing the two ribbons, running across the middle of the design, and extending slightly outside of the design's regular circumference, is the word "Merengue" in a stylized font. Exactly over the word merengue, and below the ribbon running on the inner upper part of the stamp, is a dark figure, resembling a man, and a light figure, resembling a woman, dancing together and holding hands up in the air. At the height of the dancing figures' heads and below the upper ribbon, are two thin lines, one on the right and the other to the left, forming two separate semi-circles that end right before the word "Merengue".
