BLACK VOMIT

Mark description

The mark consists of an illustration of a person with black braided hair parted in the middle, and knotted at the crown, two black horns hovering above the persons hair, with a gold ring around the left horn, three black wavy lines on the persons forehead representing a furrowed brow, below which appear black eyebrows, black chevrons pointing at curved vertical lines together representing closed eyes, a black triangle representing the persons nose.  The persons skin is brown  and outlined in black, with a black outlined open mouth flanked by two curved vertical lines representing cheek, and with green vomit lined in black coming from the person's mouth, which contains black vertical lines, curved lines, and specks of blue and red triangles, rectangles, and irregular quadrilaterals, and yellow chevrons and one yellow irregular quadrilateral, all lined in black with the words "BLACK VOMIT" in orange, and lined in black.   The white background is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
