Mark description

The mark consists of a circle comprised by three swirls, of which the upper swirl is green, the lower right swirl is blue, and the lower left swirl is yellow. Each swirl contains a border in a darker shade of the same color as the rest of the swirl. On the green swirl is the wording "BUILDING PERSONAL CAPABILITY" above a darker green circle in which there is a stylized profile of a human head on which is superimposed a gear or settings design, with the wording and design in white. On the blue swirl is the wording "DEVELOPING PROFESSIONAL CAPABILITY" underneath a darker blue circle in which there is a stylized representation of a human figure climbing stairs or steps, with the wording and design in white. In the center of the mark is a smaller circle in white, inside of which is the lettering "ATD" in stylized form, such that the left side of the "A" is yellow and gradually fades to orange as the reader looks to the right, the left side of "T" is orange and gradually fades to dark orange as the reader looks to the right, and the left side of the "D" is dark orange and gradually fades to red as the reader looks to the right.
