Mark description

The mark consists of a design of cannabis leaf with multiple tiny dot designs superimposed onto the body of the cannabis leaf design and extending both up onto the leaves and downward past the base of the cannabis leaf design. A design of three overlapping circle designs, all with additional curved band designs intersecting portions of the circles and two straight lines intersecting the top portion of the center most circle are superimposed onto the cannabis leaf design and multiple tiny dot designs. Five shaded circle designs appear with two on the left side of the intersecting circle design one of which is superimposed onto the left circle of the intersecting circle design. The next shaded circle design appears slightly to the left of the left circle of the intersection circle design. A shaded circle design appears above the center circle of the intersection circle design. The next shaded circle appears slightly to the right of the right circle of the intersecting circle design. The last shaded circle appears on the right circle of the intersecting circle design. Dotted lines extend from the shaded circles that are not placed onto the intersecting circle design, connecting to each other and extending inward toward the flower design. A design of a flower pedal is superimposed onto the intersecting circle design. The stylized wording, "CANNACOCOON" appears immediately to the right underlined.
