Mark description

The mark consists of the terms "GARWOOD MEDICAL" in green coloring (specifically, PMS 361 C) appearing above the terms "DEVICES, LLC" in cyan-blue coloring (specifically, PMS 2915 C) and in a smaller size font. Appearing atop the literal elements is a design element consisting of an arc forming approximately 300 degrees of the circumference of a circle with an open space at the top right of the circle forming approximately 60 degrees of the circle circumference. The circle form encompasses four lines each forming a right angle and arrayed together to form the shape of a cross. Three concentric arcs are arrayed at the top right of the cross shape, the innermost arc is the smallest in size and appears within the circumference of the circle form, the second arc appears just above and is slightly longer than the innermost arc, the outermost arc appears just above the second arc and is slightly longer than the second arc. The three arcs are positioned so as to appear to pass through the open section of the circle circumference. The design element is in green coloring (specifically, PMS 361 C) except for the lines forming a right angle in the top right portion of the design and the three concentric arcs.
