The mark consists of a design of a shield with a diagonal bar across the shield from the top left of the shield to the bottom right of the shield, the top portion of the shield having a design of a pyramid and a sunrise behind it, the bottom portion of the shield having a horse-drawn chariot with a soldier inside of it, there are two ribbons above and below the shield, the ribbon above the shield features the stylized wording "SIGMA PHI RHO" and the ribbon below the shield features the wording "STRONG CHARACTER AND GOOD MORAL JUDGMENT ARE THE ESSENCE OF DIGNITY" Below the second ribbon is the wording "FRATERNITY, INC." with two swords on each side of the wording with the ribbon overlapping the swords. Below the first ribbon are three Greek letters "SIGMA", "PHI", "RHO" above the symbol of scales which are hanging off of an ankh cross, with one flag on a pole on either side of the scale forming the border of the shield, the entire design being outlined by a border.
