Mark description

The mark consists of the wording "BUTTERFUNK BISCUIT CO." surrounding the design portion of the mark in a circular shape, with an "X" shaped design between "BUTTERFUNK" and "BISCUIT", and another "X" shaped design between "CO." and "BUTTERFUNK". The design portion of the mark consists of a drawing of a circular anthropomorphic biscuit with single line eyebrows above eyes that are oval-shaped with a white space on the right side of each eye to denote shading, and a mouth underneath the eyes with a white linear space at the top of the mouth area to denote teeth, legs and feet with white areas on the toe of one foot and the sole of the other to indicate shoes on the feet, and arms with hands, including four fingers each and gloves on each hand.
