Mark description

The mark consists of a bottle containing a silver label outlined in gold and blue that appears on the front of the bottle with the stacked wording "JOSE CUERVO ESPECIAL" appearing in black letters on the label; the signature "JOSE CUERVO" appears in silver color in cursive letters behind the wording as a water mark; above the wording there are seven coins in gold; below the wording appear a round red seal with gold outlining with the words "FABRICA LA ROJENA TEQUILA" in gold surrounding a crest containing a design of a raven, an agave plant and a coa, agave harvesting tool, surrounded by floral leaves, all in gold. The neck of the bottle is in silver color with the same aforementioned crest in blue and silver and a thin blue band underneath. The bottle of the cap is silver with a blue top. Near the bottom of the bottle there is a large blue rectangular label with thin silver bands on each end.
