Mark description

The mark consists of the wording "LE MARIE" stacked on top of each other in white stylized letters, which appears over the wording "100% AGUA NATURAL" in white stylized letters, which appears over the wording "LIBRE DE SAL" in blue stylized letters inside a white horizontal banner. The wording and features previously described herein all appear inside a blue oval outlined with a white inner line and a blue outermost line. On top of the circle is the stylized design of a crown outlined in yellow. Two yellow ornamental curved line designs appear to the right and left sides of the blue oval design. The yellow ornamental curved line designs are divided into three parts with six total small round ovals located at the top, center, and bottom portions of each of the yellow ornamental curved line designs. Apart from the color white as previously described, the remaining color white indicates transparent area and is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
