Mark description

The mark is a motion mark. The mark consists of an animation logo of a deck of cards. The cards are purple, blue, maroon, light blue, mustard and orange. They first float into a stack of cards then beginning to shuffle in a lateral fashion, followed by floating and assembling in a line and showing the cards with various policy icons on them, popping one card at a time with a slight pause to display the policy icon on each, repeating card spinning rapidly, floating in an almost circular motion.
