The mark consists of a round circle with a dark brown ring on the outside is the likeness of a compass, with "N","E","S","W" on equidistant protrusions in tan. Inside the dark brown ring is a burnt orange circle. At the outside edges there are four arrows pointing to the four directions and four lines running parallel just inside the ring between the four triangles. The triangles and lines are dark brown. At the top of the burnt orange circle, there is a representation of three mountains in tan, under that is "ELI" in large tan letters, under that is "EXPERIENTIAL LEADERSHIP INSTITUTE" in small capital tan letters, and under that is an oval shape opened up to represent a pathway.
