Mark description

The mark consists of a cartoon owl head in brown and light brown, outlined in dark brown and pink shading. The feathers around the eyes appear in tan, outlined in dark brown with pink highlighting. The crown of the head has tan feathers, outlined in dark brown with pink highlighting. The right eye is white, outlined in dark brown with a grey iris and black pupil. There are two white circles highlighting the iris and pupil areas of the eye. The left eye is represented by a white circle, outlined in dark brown with a dark brown comma-like symbol in the center of the eye. Over the left eye is a grey monocle, outlined in dark brown with a dark brown string and grey string attached to the left side of the monocle. The beak of the owl appears in shades of yellow and gold and is outlined in dark brown. The stylized wording "LAZY INTELLECTUALS" appears in white with a grey shadow effect.  The term "LAZY" appears to the left of the owl head design.  The term "INTELLECTUALS" appears to the right of the owl head design.  The use of white in the background is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
