NASONEX 24HR ALLERGY

Mark description

The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of the package design consisting of a front panel that is in the shape of a portion of a rectangle with the lower right corner cut away so as to expose a view of the product. On this front panel is the stylized wording "NASONEX," of which the first 6 letters are the color teal, and the last letter is a stylized letter X, consisting of a teal-colored right-pointing angle bracket overlapping at the angle with a yellow and orange-colored left-pointing angle bracket, with a small yellow line running parallel to the left side of the upper part of the yellow and orange bracket, and a small teal line running parallel to the right of the lower part of the teal bracket. Under the word NASONEX are the words "24HR ALLERGY" in small dark blue block letters and all of these words appear on a white banner in the shape of an irregular convex pentagon where the top, bottom and left sides form three sides of a rectangle and two additional sides that come to a convex point on the right. This white banner appears in the upper portion of the front panel, which otherwise contains a background in shades of teal and blue, with three horizontal white lines overlaid with small white circles above the white banner. Behind the front panel is a clear plastic container with the product partially visible through the plastic container in the lower right corner where the front panel appears cut away, which product consists of an oval shaped white bottle in dotted lines to show this is not part of the mark with a teal-colored cap also in dotted lines and a label on the bottle with the mark NASONEX appearing above the words "24HR ALLERGY" in the same style and color as on the front panel and which words are framed by a blue line that extends above and below the words and connected by a bent line on the right forming a convex point. The inside of the back flap of the package design that is visible is shaded in orange and yellow with three white horizontal lines and white circles of various sizes visible behind and to the left of the lower portion of the product. The shape of the box, the shape of the product bottle, and the closure of the bottle is not claimed as a feature of the mark but only used to show placement of the colors and the mark.
