The mark consists of a series of concentric circles. The outer concentric circle includes the wording "THIS URGENT CARE CENTER HAS BEEN ACCREDITED" and "NATIONAL URGENT CARE CENTER ACCREDITATION" in the upper and lower halves of the circle, respectively, separated by two circle designs on opposite sides of the outer circle. The outer concentric circle is red, while the wording and the circle designs are white. Inside the outer concentric circles are two other concentric circles, with the outer one being blue and the inner one being white. The interior design is blue and includes the wording "RECOGNIZED BY THE NATIONAL UCCA" and "SAFE CLEAN CARE", all within stylized stacked white lettering. Above and below the stacked wording "SAFE CLEAN CARE" are two white horizontal lines which, at their right side, blend into the stylized design of a check mark. The check mark design is white.
