Mark description

The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a bottle comprising a black circular shaped bottle cap above a cylindrical neck, which has a black banner wrapped around it and which sits above a rectangular body. The front of the rectangular body of the bottle is covered in a repeating design comprised of white outlined diamonds, each one comprised of four triangles. In the center of the front of the rectangular body design is a black diamond outlined in gold. Inside the black diamond appears a figure in gold that is holding a cane and holding its cap while bowing forward. The wording "I.W. HARPER" appears in gold and white in the middle of the diamond and inside a darker black rectangular strip that contains a point on each side. This darker black rectangular banner containing the wording "I.W. HARPER" appears below the design of the figure in gold. At the bottom of the front of the rectangular bottle shape of the bottle appears a black horizontal banner with a section cut out in the center of each end. The broken lines depicting the cylindrical neck, lip, cork, edges below the neck, and overall shape of the bottle indicate placement of the mark on the goods and are not part of the mark. The remaining color white and color gray represent background and are not claimed as a feature of the mark.
