A grey street path with a white center line winds from the green trees to the bottom of the oval. The words "CITY OF HUNTINGTON" appear in black in the middle with the word "WOODS" in black below. "HUNTINGTON WOODS" is in larger font than the words "CITY OF". A green depiction of the upper and lower peninsula of Michigan is in the bottom right corner of the oval. The color black outside the oval represents background and is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
